FIRST WEEK

MONDAY, JUNE 29th:

PLAYING BOARDGAMES

Irune, Mara, Aitor, Mario and Ibai enjoyed playing dominoes. Students colored and cut the dominoes last week and while playing, they practiced vocabulary of the story of "The bear hunt": mountain, bear, water, cave, etc.

TUESDAY, JUNE 30th:

EATING A FRUIT SALAD ON A HOT DAY!

We made a fruit salad. Thank you everyone for bringing fruit from home! It was a hot day but they liked their snack a lot. They sliced and chopped the pieces by themselves and they were great at it! Then, we ate it outside.

We spent some time coloring letters with wax crayons. Then, we saw that they created the word "SUPERMARKET". What is it for? Check the blog in the next days and you'll find it out!

WEDNESDAY, JULY 1st:

HERE ARE SOME VIDEOS!

We are sure you already know the song Ob-la-di, Ob-la-da. It's been stuck on our heads for days! But look at this video. The children were shy because I was recording but they did a great job! Ask them to sing the chorus at home - they will love to do so!

Look at the way the youngest ones end the day at Enjoy English. They get really relaxed and calm. Ciara's voice is so sweet!

WEDNESDAY, JULY 2nd:

"THE ENORMOUS TURNIP" AND SUPERMARKET

Today children told the story of "The enormous turnip" by themselves and then, they colored and cut the 7 characters of the story. They did it carefully. Look at Laida's smiley face! Irati and Mara were concentrated!

Remember the hangers that children had to bring? Here they are! They created some weather mobiles and are part of our decoration now (but they will take them home on Friday). You should see how they move every time the wind blows!

Remember the "supermarket" signs they made on Tuesday? We used them to create a supermarket in the playground! We had real oranges, potatoes, carrots, bananas, peaches, apples, lemons and children drew some too! Click on the picture and look at them carefully! They also made and decorated some baskets to put the fruit and vegetables in it. It was a great day!

FRIDAY, JULY 3rd:

EXCURSION TO SORABILLA

We walked to Sorabilla in 30 minutes! It was a nice walk but the weather was HOT... Fortunately, we had fun painting our faces and playing with water.
